My stay at Hotel Ramada was overall pleasant. The room interior was excellent — stylish, comfortable, and very well-maintained, which made the stay relaxing. The breakfast was truly outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options that exceeded expectations. The swimming pool, though a bit small, was still enjoyable. However, I feel the reception staff needs improvement. Despite having a booking for a larger room, I was shown to a much smaller one, which felt unfair and a bit disappointing. Reception is the first impression of any hotel, and a more professional and rational approach would make a big difference in guest satisfaction. Overall, with some improvement at the front desk, Hotel Ramada has all the potential to offer an excellent and memorable stay for its guests
