CASA SUNSET - Palmar’s New Luxurious 3rd Floor Seaview Condo

2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, all American Appliances, American TV with Netflix and Prime. Large Balcony with outdoor lounge chairs, outdoor eating, new grill and hammocks.
New furniture and more.
Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with basics and some spices, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and creamer. Good quality pots, pans and dishes. Stainless steel American appliances and granite countertops.

We have two cars in great condition with air conditioning for rent. Both are standard transmissions for $45 a day with insurance included. They’re in much better condition than most car rentals. Contact us for availability and payment methods.

Our regular check-out time is at 10:30 am, we kindly ask to all our guests to adhere to our check-out time when we have guests arriving the same day. Otherwise you are welcome to leave the condo at 12:00 pm with no charge. Please confirm for availability.
In case that you would like to stay longer, we charge a fee for $10 dollars per hour.

Just finished an 8 day stay and condo was as advertised. Balcony was large with hammock, table, grill and chairs with a beautiful view of ocean. Bedrooms were perfect for the 5 of us. TV had access to American channels via an app on smart tv. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a day of snorkeling. Condo is walking distance to numerous bar/beach clubs for scuba diving and snorkeling plus booking excursions. It is about 2 miles to centro with access to restaurants, supermarket and shopping. The care package upon arrival was a nice touch. My only recommendation would be to put a tv in the master bedroom. Overall we couldn't have asked for more!

Perfect Unit and Perfect Location for Diving

The unit was beautiful with so many amenities. We were 2 couples and 2 of us were doing our scuba dive certification. I picked the unit as it was right next to an excellent PADI 5 star dive school, Cozumel Dive Academy. It was so nice to just walk down to the dive shop in the morning and come back to this beautiful unit in the afternoon. The unit was very spacious for 2 couples. We had a lovely view of the ocean from the huge balcony. It was nice to cook in the mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony. In addition the hosts had lots of information available on local restaurants, shopping and other attractions. WiFi was easy! A very much appreciated amenity was the utility room with its deep sink and washer and dryer. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. The pre-arrival information was especially helpful for getting from the airport after a long day of travel. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect! Incredibly clean and comfortable condo

I can't say enough great things about this rental. It was so clean and comfortable. There was a water dispenser, with cold filtered water, a book with great info and recommendations, wonderful view. I liked that the location was out of the busy part of downtown but still very close and RIGHT across the street from the beach. The property itself was also very well thought out, the gate guards were very friendly. It felt safe and the pool, hot tub and kids playground were all fanastic. Lastly, Lais was very welcoming, helpful and responsive. I hope we can stay at this condo again in the future. I really can't say enough good things about it.

Clean, convenient, comfortable. Has a washer and dryer, so nice when you have salty swimsuits or sweaty clothes from a day of fun. Will absolutely stay again. Thanks!

It was like staying in a 5 star hotel

This was by far the nicest place we have ever stayed. The condo was tastefully decorated, super clean, well stocked, and very convenient. There were 4 of us, including 2 grown kids who shared a large bedroom. The master suite was beautiful. All beds were great and we all slept really well. There was plenty of room to spread out and make ourselves at home. We used the swimming pool regularly at it was gorgeous. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. Thank you so much for the best time ever!
