This is a lovely little gem on Cozumel—very laid-back and family-style. The property is run by a very friendly and attentive owner who is often on-site, which made the stay feel safe and welcoming. The location is excellent: walkable to the ferry terminal, main transportation areas, and many restaurants. My room was small and very basic, but the peaceful courtyard was beautiful and really the highlight of the stay. Only comment worth mentioning, it was pouring rain when we got back to the room and I guess we dripped a bit of water on the floor, as i stepped out of the washroom I managed to slip and fall pretty badly smashing my shin on the bed.
