The location of this cabin was superb -- we were close to Idaho Springs, Georgetown, Guanella Pass, Mount Blue Sky, and several historic sites (Argo Mill, Phoenix Mill, Georgetown Railroad, etc.). The cabin is cozy and had all the amenities needed. The cabin doesn't have air conditioning, so it did get a bit warm on a couple days, but we simply opened the front and back doors to draw air through the space to cool it down. And, the deck is well shaded in the afternoon so we ate our meals out there (the temps felt great outdoors, especially because of Colorado's super low humidity). The cabin has two small fans that you can move from room to room. If I were to add anything to the space, it would be a larger fan (tall floor unit) to help circulate air on really hot summer days.
