Remodeled lake home sitting on nearly an acre located near Copake Lake (3 min walk) and Catamount Mountain (12 min drive). Copake Lake offers great boating, swimming, paddleboarding, fishing, golf, and hiking during the fall, spring and summer and skiing, ice fishing, ice skating, and tubing during the winter.

This home is perfect for a family trip or a boys/girls weekend away.

Perfect little cottage for a family of 4 looking to ski / board for a long weekend. Location excellent for catamount (10mins) and about 25 mins from butternut. 5-7 decent restaurants within 15 mins. Kids played in the snow in the backyard. Host was extremely accommodating and communication (didn’t have any issues so I didn’t really need him) was good for any questions.

Raymond was incredibly responsive and accommodating for our stay. The house is located within walking distance of Copake Lake and there are numerous towns a short drive away to explore the Hudson Valley/Berkshires area

We stayed at Ray's house in August 2025 for two nights -- two adults 8 year old twins. It's a great house! Perfect size for us with very comfy beds. It was also very well-stocked with extra towels and all the toiletries you may need. Communication with Ray both before and during the stay was excellent. Highly recommend!

Cute and Clean Lake Cottage

We rented this property for family visiting us at Copake Lake. The place is newly renovated, very cute and comfortable! I would definitely book this again when we have extra guests! Host was responsive and accommodating, let us check in early to drop off bags etc. A great stay!

Lovely and immaculate cottage

The cottage was perfect for my son and I. Copake lake is close by and the rental was immaculate and had all the necessities one would need for a comfortable experience. My one critique would be it needs an address number on the house. It was hard to find the house at night in the rain and no streetlamps on the road. Other than that, very nice!

Cute and Cozy Cottage

This property is clean, updated and warm! We were up for a race at Catamount and this cottage was perfect for our weekend stay. The host, Robert, was quick to respond when contacted with a quick question and otherwise there were no issues.

good spot near Catamount and lake

This house is on the small side but recently remodeled. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay when skiiing Catamount. A short ride to the mountain and to some great restaurants near Great Barrington made it very convenient. The location is a short walk to the lake which would be great for the summer.

Clean and Fresh

The house was as advertised and extremely clean. Our family of 7 stayed for a weekend to go to a wedding in nearby Hillsdale. The house is completely remodeled including new furniture. We enjoyed our visit.
