Our 1,500-square-foot cabin has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 850 feet of riverfront access to the Gold Medal waters of the Rio Grande River. It is the perfect river retreat; everything is right out your back door.

With king beds in both bedrooms and full, spacious bathrooms, our cabin is the perfect home for relaxing. The main bedroom even includes an en suite bathroom to feel the comforts of privacy while sharing the house with others.

Our cabin is a dream home for fishing enthusiasts since there is direct access to the Rio Grande River. Make it your cabin for a few days the next time you adventure around Creede, Colorado!

A firepit along the banks of the Rio Grande River is ideal for gathering with friends and family and enjoying the mesmerizing views of the river and the San Juan Mountain beyond. A screened-in patio provides a comfortable space for entertaining outdoors while protecting your guests from the elements.

An exterior dog wash with hot and cold water is a thoughtful addition for dog owners, allowing them to quickly clean up their furry companions after swimming in the river or from a day full of outdoor adventures.

The open layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room creates a spacious and welcoming atmosphere for gathering and socializing. The cozy fireplace adds warmth and ambiance during chilling mornings and winter nights as you watch the wildlife pass through the property.

The office space with a desk, extra monitor, and printer creates a remote work paradise for anyone who needs to work while away from home. You can combine work and leisure seamlessly, taking advantage of the stunning surroundings and the tranquility of the river as you work.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max of $250 per stay).

NOTE: 4x4/AWD required (Thanksgiving - March).

For liability and insurance purposes, we have the following surveillance/recording devices on the property -
Two cameras by the front door (facing the carport and the river)
One camera on the back of the house facing the driveway.
One camera on the screened shelter facing the shed.
One camera on the shed facing the container.
We use a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only lose the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
