Wild Woods - Cascades Riverside Retreat

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is on 10 acres of property bordered by hundreds of acres of federal forest land. Built in late 2023, we are hosting it for the first time and are looking forward to getting guest feedback and making it even better.

The property is on the confluence of Crescent Creek and Big Marsh Creek. The front deck is about 200 feet from the water. Enjoy amazing sunrises, plenty of wildlife viewing, and watch the stars at night unpolluted by streetlights or city sounds.

Inside, relax in the master bedroom with comfy queen size bed. The second bedroom has both a full and twin bed, and the third bedroom is perfect for kids, with two twin bunks.

The living room and kitchen gives a large shared space for entertaining, with a full couch, two oversized chairs and great window views of the creek and forest. We also have a washer and dryer, which also functions as a mudroom adjacent to the 2-car garage. The property is 1/2 mile off Highway 58, 90 minutes from Eugene.
