It is open to the dining area and the large living room with plenty of seating to watch a movie or just read a book by the gas fireplace.  Step out onto the deck over Coal Creek and grill up that perfect steak, relax in the outdoor furniture, or soak your cares away in the oversized hot tub.  There are also two guest bedrooms with queen beds and comfy reading chairs that share a large guest bath in the hall between them. Down the hall there is a powder bath for the living area and a large laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.

Upstairs you will find the master retreat with vaulted ceilings, king bed, sitting area, and gas fireplace.  Open the french doors to the deck and listen to the sounds of Coal Creek while you drift away.  The master bath has dual vanities, a bathtub, and a great steam shower for helping those aching muscles after a day of hiking, skiing, or mountain biking.  Back outside there is a staircase that leads to the separate apartment which has a great living area with game table, TV, and an en-suite bath with glass shower and lots of natural light.  If you need extra sleeping the couch in this room pulls out into a double sleeper sofa and the oversized chair makes into a twin bed.
