Eagle View - Amazing Views of the Mountains and the East River!

Distinctive quality custom built five bedroom, three bath home along the East River in Crested Butte South.  The open living, dining, and kitchen area is great for entertaining.  The fully equipped kitchen with island features granite tile counters & gas range.  With vaulted ceilings, a dining table that seats 8, a gas fireplace, cozy furniture, and a flat screen TV, you're bound to enjoy every moment! Off of the living area is a private deck with gas grill and outdoor seating area.  Separate outdoor fireplace area is great for toasting s'mores!

Located in CB South just 7 miles from the town of Crested Butte, this home offers a quiet setting close to everything. A coffee shop, liquor store, grocery, and Tully's restaurant are all within walking distance from the house, or a quick drive into CB offers more shopping, restaurants, and skiing! In addition, hiking, biking, and nordic trails can be accessed right around the corner from the house. Free shuttle service every 30 minutes to Crested Butte town and Mount crested Butte.  The stop is a 0.4 mile walk from house. Eagle View has it all!

Pets are not allowed, a $1000 fine will be charged and immediate eviction if a pet is on the premise

Eagle View is amazing!
We couldn’t have asked for a more warm welcoming, cozy clean property for a much needed respite from the heat! The owners have gone to a lot of trouble to share their home, which is generously stocked from the kitchen to the bookshelf! Lovely CB spot
This home was perfect for our family! A beautiful setting by the river and in view of the gorgeous mountains of CB. A lovely deck and saw eagles, elk, and hawks!! We could walk to playground and Camp 4 Coffee!

Beautiful views!
We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy and inviting home! There was a cleaning issue when we arrived but the management company addressed it promptly. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has plenty of space for a group of friends or family. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans etc. for our cooking needs and the view from the deck overlooking the river is stunning. We would stay here again!

This house was great for our stay in CB. It would be perfect for a larger group. Kitchen was stoked well with supplies. Primary room was cozy and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The deck is awesome. I would totally book here again.

Great house and location. Terrible checkout
We had a great experience while staying at the house. Unfortunately the checkout experience was terrible. The cleaning lady showed up 20 minutes early and was incredibly rude and started yelling at us. Not sure what occurred and what the miscommunication was but it left a very bad taste in our mouth upon leaving.

Great family place
This house provided a great launching point for our adventures in Crested Butte. While it is a little out of town, It was still close enough. The house is beautiful with a gorgeous view. The kids room with the bunk beds and games was also a favorite!
