Easy Access to Skiing! Elevator, Hot Tub!

The Wood Creek Lodge is a modern complex with unique amenities for Crested Butte. Expansive lower courtyard wrapped in green gardens in the summer and walls of white in the winter. Cozy up around the outdoor fire pit found in the center of the courtyard. Enjoy the communal grill and hang-out area next to the communal outdoor hot tub.

Beautifully upgraded 1 bedroom, 1 full bath condominium located on the second floor of the Lodge and is accessible by elevator or stairs. This one-level condo features stainless steel appliances granite countertops and comfortable modern furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook a meal for friends or family and is open to the living room and dining for extra entertaining. Sit down and enjoy libations or meals at the dining table. There is also a wood-burning fireplace to cozy up to after a big day of adventure. PLEASE NOTE: Firewood is not provided. However, a previous guest may have kindly left some behind. But if you wish to use the fireplace, you may want to pick up a bundle from the local hardware store on your way here. The primary bedroom is super cozy with a king bed and dresser to move in. The full Bathroom off of the hallway features ample countertop space and an upgraded shower/tub. Outdoor complex parking for 2 is allotted. Communal, coin-operated laundry is available on the property.

The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. The Wood Creek Lodge is located on the summer town route schedule which is every 20 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes. In the winter, Wood Creek Lodge is on a special condo loop shuttle that picks up every 30 minutes and brings you to the base area. The shuttle is not needed for ski access when the West Wall lift is in operation.

Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management provides the basic comforts of home. Upon your arrival, you’ll find that we supply all linens, towels, and paper goods. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, starter shower kits, coffee packets with powder creamer and sugar, kitchen towels, dish sponges, dish soap, and dish detergent. If you would like to arrange housekeeping services during your stay, please contact our office to schedule for a modest fee.

The check-in was easy even being after hours when we arrived and it was the perfect location for a ski escape! The drive into town is short and the walk to the lift is on a slight incline up a road but very manageable! The furniture and linens were all in great shape and the pull out sofa was cozy and a great place to watch a movie at the end of a long ski day! This was the perfect situation for 2 sisters on a ski tour!

Nice condo, close to the slopes

Had a nice stay in this cozy little condo. It's a block from the slopes, has a nice hot tub (shared) and is clean and has a comfortable king bed. There's a nice deck that would be good in the summer, and the kitchen was well stocked. Wifi was so-so, had trouble keeping up while streaming but fine for everything else. Would have been nice to have some ski access instructions, we weren't sure if wandering through another property near the closest lift was fine, or if another block up the hill across from the public lot was preferred but it's a somewhat sleepy resort and there didn't seem to be any harm with the prior. Town bus is out the door, not much in the way of dining at night on the mountain.
