Welcome to Larkspur Lodge!  This brand new home in the country club just outside of town is ready to host your family's next adventure in Crested Butte! With almost 3,500 square feet of luxury there is plenty of room for the whole group.  In the winter you are just minutes from the slopes and in the summer you can take the rec path to town and grab dinner or just sit back and enjoy our fabulous Colorado weather. Enjoy the neighborhood pond right behind the home and see if the kids can spot a trout!

Pull into the 2 car garage or park on the large driveway and begin your CB vacation. The landscaped yard is great in the summer and our crews keep the snow shoveled in the winter so all you have to do is kick back and enjoy the views! Walk into the spacious mudroom and kick off your hiking boots to start relaxing. On the first floor of the home you will find three bedrooms and two baths as well as the laundry room.  There is a junior master suite with king bed and en-suite bath that has dual vanities, a tub and separate shower. Down the hall two bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo.  One bedroom has a king bed while the other has a set of double bed bunks.  There is a laundry room just outside the full bath in the hall with high efficiency front loading machines if you just feel the urge to do laundry while you are here. 
 
Up the stairs on the main level is the great room with vaulted ceilings and barn beams.  The open concept insures that everyone is part of family time and the picture windows bring in the natural light and fantastic views.  Sink into the comfy furnisings and watch a game on the large TV or just sit by the gas fireplace and unwind.  There is a deck outside with adirondack chairs to take in the spectacular views and just relax or toss dinner on the gas grill and enjoy. The dining room seats 8-10 with farm benches and there is also additional seating at the kitchen island or in the breakfast nook.  The kitchen is a chef's dream with granite counters and stainless appliances and the 6 burner gas range is ready to whip up dinner after a great day of activities.  There is a large pantry just off the kitchen and a half bath in the hall going to the master bedroom also on this level.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat panel tv, and picture windows to take in the views.  Don't worry, when it's time to sleep the Hunter Douglas room darkening shades in each of the bedrooms insure that you can sleep in if you want too.  After all, you are on vacation! The master bath is oversized and comes with dual vanities, soaking tub, steam shower, and a walk in closet. Don't worry about cold tile floors because the whole house has radiant in floor heat for those chilly mornings. 

The loft space above the great room is huge and a great place to unwind, play a game of foosball, or sit back in the media chairs and catch the big game on the TV.
