Excellent stay near the mountains! We came up to do some mountain biking and it was wonderful to be able to store our bikes in the garage and not lug them up a flight of stairs. It was nice to be able to sit on the balcony and enjoy our breakfast with the morning view of the mountain. The unit was well maintained, but the frying pans could stand to be replaced.

Lovely mountain weekend getaway

This place is perfect for 4 people- we went with our two kids and had a wonderful time skiing and exploring. The bus system runs just outside the door of the place and make it so easy to get around. Would stay here again!

Excellent stay near mountains! Easy shuttle ride to base! Host are very good in communicating. The unit was well maintained. Could use more refill of some hand soap in kitchen and downstairs bathroom.Garage area can use securing, anyone can enter the garage. Laundry in the garage can be maintained better. But, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Excellent stay

The property was great and in a fantastic location accessible to the local bus for transportation! Everything was clean and well cared for. The beds were a little bit uncomfortable, but fair for these kinds of properties. We would stay here again for sure.

Checkin could be streamlined to avoid the need to stop at another building first. Door code could be provided via email rather than on paper. Good stay overall. Nice location. Would stay again.

Cute Condo

Condo was very cute and comfortable. The view was beautiful and it just steps to the shuttle. Bathrooms and kitchen could be updated, but they were clean and that is what matters.

The television did not work - at all. We wanted to watch Netflix on a rainy evening that cancelled plans. After a 5 hour drive, did not feel like dealing with an internet connection that was slow and froze the screen. Calling at 8 pm - office closed, mailbox full. A hassle when you are supposed to be relaxing. The kitchen was not very outfitted. Could not find a cutting board. There were not a full set of glasses. Found the wine glasses as we were leaving in the cabinet under the stairs. It was fine but the kitchen was SPARSE.Consider putting some type of light filtering shade in the living room sliding door. The a,m. sun was blinding. With a little effort, the place could feel a lot better downstairs. Bedrooms were better. Bedding was good. No issues there. We needed to wipe off the outdoor furniture.

Cozy townhome with great views

This was the perfect set up for an adventure trip. The house is clean, cozy and comfortable. The appliances and counter tops are a bit dated, but everything is in excellent condition and the furniture appears new. Great morning light with two decks to enjoy a spectacular view of Mt. Crested Butte. The garage is a huge plus not only for the parking, but for gear storage (bikes, skis, etc...). While only my husband and I stayed there, it was a good set up if a two couples or a family would like to come - the second bedroom is a bit down the hall from the master with it's own bathroom, so plenty of privacy. I'd definitely stay here again.

2nd trip to Crested Butte

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 4 adults and plenty of room for sleeping arrangements. Only time it was tight was in evening in living area. Place was clean and decor was cute. Would stay again if it was just 2 of us. Management service was very responsive and check in process was super simple. Also nice to be able to park in garage. Loved not having to do a bunch of housekeeping before we left. Shuttle bus was literally right out front. Recommend this place!

Great place to stay

We booked this property last minute (1-2 days before arriving). The booking process, check-in and basically everything went smooth. Condo was clean, basics were provided (coffee, spices, trash bags, etc.), everything was as pictured. The only changes I would’ve liked to see added to the property are non-sheer curtains in the living area, blinds or curtains for the small window in the living area, and maybe a small TV in the bedroom (given the layout I understand that it would probably only support a small one). The TV is more of a personal preference but I feel like the curtains should be a priority, it’s very easy to see into this condo as well as neighboring ones. Would definitely stay here again all things considered.

Serene Crested Butte Condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a gorgeous, spacious rental in the ski area neighborhood about 10 minutes outside of downtown CB. Everything in the condo is in fantastic condition and the decor is comfy, warm and inviting. The furniture (including all 3 beds) is new and so comfortable for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring this stunning area of CO. The only drawbacks we had during our stay were that the fireplace did not work (maintenance also couldn't figure it out) and we had to visit the office for a key to the hot tub lock.

Convenient to ski shuttle

Overall, the unit was just ok. The unit was super convenient, with the ski shuttle literally steps away. That made it very easy for everyone to come and go to the mountain whenever. The check in process was a bit of a mess. Our documents were not left in the after hours box; however, after a bit of a wait, a very friendly maintenance staff member helped to get us in to the unit, even showing us the way to it. The kitchen and bathrooms were mediocre and could use an update. Heaters worked well and the beds were ok too. I would suggest that something be said to the neighbors; whom we assumed must live there. He (and his guest) were quite loud. The hot tub was brand new and a great addition to the complex. Would we stay there again? Maybe...simply for the convenience of the shuttle.

Great house, horrible check in

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5 stars for the townhouse, has everything we needed and was as pictured! I really think the property management company needs to rethink the check in process. You can’t check in until 4 (that’s normal) but they close at 5pm leaving only an hour to get there before after hours check in. The after hours check in for me was a hassle and a mess, the lock box wouldn’t work, the instructions were extremely poor and missing key information about the townhouse and how to get in. It was stressful after a long days drive and there is absolutely no reason they couldn’t email me the document I had to go pick up at the office in the lock box. Really, annoying!!!!
