International 302 is a bright, spacious mountain condo designed for comfort, flexibility, and unforgettable Rocky Mountain stays. With four bedrooms, a sleeping loft, and three bathrooms, this well-appointed residence offers ample space for families and groups to relax and recharge in any season.

The expansive open-concept living and dining area centers around a striking stone, wood-burning fireplace—we provide the firewood—creating a warm and inviting gathering space. The fully equipped, walk-through kitchen makes it easy to prepare family meals. Two sliding glass doors open to a large shared balcony, where you’ll enjoy sweeping views of the West Elk Mountains.

The main level features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the upper level includes a sleeping loft, a fourth bedroom, and an additional bathroom. The condo is fully furnished, including linens and dishes, and even includes a private washer and dryer for added convenience.

Amazing Location. Very outdated condo.

This condo complex is amazing and the staff is A+. The location of this condo is amazing. The condo is large and has 5 bedrooms, sleeping 10 easily. When we arrived, I was pretty shocked with how outdated everything was. The appliances did not work properly, paint was chipping off the walls, the decor was literally from 2001 (dates on posters on the walls), and the beds/chairs/tables/technology is very outdated. This property really needs an update. Once updated, it will be an A++. As-is, I probably wouldn't stay there again.

Great property. Easily slept 6 adults and 4 kids. Clean. Great outdoorsy decor. Patio was awesome, can’t beat location. Parking lot leads to hiking / mountain bike trails on the resort. Loft area is perfect for kids. Already want to go back this winter and next summer

Relaxing time with family

We had a wonderful time staying here!! The views were amazing. The house was plenty big for 4 adults and 2 kids! Our 8 and 10 year old loved playing in the loft. There is a bedroom and two beds upstairs in the loft which was nice but the stairs up to it were hard to get up and down. It would be hard for older adults to stay up there. The kitchen was fully Equipped for us to cook also! Overall it was a great trip!

Girls Getaway

Great place for our girls getaway weekend. Everyone had their own space, beautiful views, hiking trail from the top of the chairlift right back down to the condo. Crested Butte is a great place to visit in the fall!

Stunning views from I302

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. The views are stunning, the property was clean and well stocked with supplies, and we will definitely booked this place again. The location was wonderful to watch the fireworks show. We had a perfect trip and highly recommend this condo for the space it provides, the location, the ease of booking, the effortless check out, and overall quality of this rental.

Out-dated, but really large!

This was a pretty nice condo; we were there for a wedding that was being held down in town. The views off the back porch are amazing! I loved that part of it, and it was nice being at the very top of the mountain. The space inside the condo is large and roomy, and there were plenty of bedrooms for our large group. The negatives are: (1) it's "dated" looking and needs to be remodeled; (2) it's cluttered, and I wish the owners would clean out all the decorations and knick-knacks that only tend to collect dust; (3) it has old-ish carpet that seems dusty; (3) the bedding needs to be updated, and I'd prefer to have new sheets/pillows/coverlets because it just felt old and thread-bare; (4) the kitchen needed more items like foil/ziplocs/storage containers, but otherwise it was well stocked; (5) we didn't have enough towels, and really needed more but weren't sure where to find or ask for more. Honestly, this is a great condo with LOTS of potential and LOTS of space. There are two masters (each has a king), two other bedrooms that each have two twin beds, and another open loft area with two twins! So it was great to be able to sleep so many people in our large group. But I just think it needs a little TLC and updating! I own a condo myself in another Colorado city, so I do know what I'm talking about. It doesn't take much to spruce things up. Rip out the dated 1980s wallpaper & carpet and give the whole place a thorough cleaning. There's so much to work with here, so I encourage the owners to do that.
