Modern mountain retreat near Lake Gregory

Welcome to Hsu Casa!

Our home is a short 19 minutes drive from the base of the San Bernardino Mountains, 5 minutes from Lake Gregory, close to dining and shopping. This home is fully remodeled with every detail in the home meticulously thought out for comfort in mind. Features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a family room with Smart TV, kitchen with appliances, wood-burning fireplace, large backyard, easy driveway parking for up to 3 cars, and a washer and dryer. And plenty of outdoor activities.

Bedrooms:
Master bedroom has a queen bed
Second bedroom has 2 twin beds--perfect for kids or adults!
A Pack-n-Play is available for your convenience. If using, please make sure to clean it well, and inform us so we can make sure that it is sanitized for the next guest.
Comfy sofa turns into a queen pull-out bed.

Bathrooms:
Hallway bathroom has a full shower and tub
Master bathroom has a shower
A baby tub is available for your convenience.

Indoor Living:
Cozy fireplace in the kitchen--wood logs not provided, no chemical logs allowed
Books and games are available for use while on premises.

Outdoor Living:
Enclosed backyard is large and flat--perfect for dining al fresco or screening an outdoor movie.
A BBQ propane grill is available for use if communicated ahead of time. If you do use it, please clean and cover when cooled.
Cafe table with 2 chairs located on our front deck.
Backyard has a 8’ long table and 6 chairs.
The backyard has access to nature. Please make sure to close the gate so wild animals don’t roam into our residence.
We do get decent snow during the winter, so bring your sled, snow maker, and gloves for one epic backyard snowball fight.

Other things to note:
Hsu Casa is located in a quiet neighborhood and parties are not permitted. Out of respect for our neighbors, we kindly ask that all noise be kept at a reasonable level after 9:30 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.

In the winter, certain areas of the mountain require snow chains, even if your car has 4WD.

We LOVE pets and have a dog of our own, but we are currently not allowing any pets at this time.

No open outdoor flames or fires allowed.

Temporary Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) are quite common on the mountain. Edison sporadically shuts off grid power to help reduce the likelihood of a wildfire and to keep communities safe. It is important that you take care when traveling to the mountains and prioritize your safety by coming prepared, self-reliant, and informed.

Cleaning Procedures: We understand and respect the safety of our guests. Our home is thoroughly cleaned after each stay with high-standard cleaning products. We also are currently not booking back-to-back stays as we would like to have some time before the next guests arrive to our property.
