This delightful apartment offers a nice, cozy space perfect for a relaxing stay. Located within an easy walk from multiple restaurants, craft beer taproom, and grocery store. Amenities include private Wi-Fi network, smart TV, stacked laundry unit, permit for off-street parking, and more. Creston boasts a large number of murals in the downtown area, including on on our building! The apartment stays pleasant year-round with mini-split heating and AC in bedroom and living room. Whether you're here for work or leisure, this spot provides a calm retreat to unwind. We look forward to hosting you at our property.

The building was constructed in 1904, and has served many purposes over the decades. Acquired in 2020, the building was completely gutted and rebuilt to create two modern apartments upstairs and retail space on the ground floor. This apartment features a bumped-out seating area that provides an amazing view of Creston's Historic Depot (on the National Register of Historic Places) which serves as City Hall along with a model railroad display and art gallery on the ground floor.
