Stay in an authentic Bela Krajina homestead with a private outdoor Jacuzzi, set in the peaceful Lahinja Natural Park, just 80 metres from the Lahinja River. Featuring a century-old wine cellar, traditional architecture and a large private garden, this unique holiday home near Črnomelj offers an unforgettable countryside escape for families and groups of up to 6 guests.

The restored traditional house is arranged over two floors and a basement and has 3 bedrooms. Its characterful interiors preserve the atmosphere of a historic Slovenian country home, while modern amenities ensure a comfortable stay.

Guests can relax in the outdoor Jacuzzi, enjoy meals on the terrace overlooking the surrounding nature or gather beside the traditional furnace in the living area. The homestead also offers a special taste of Bela Krajina\'s local food and wine culture, with the possibility of enjoying traditional dishes, homemade juices and the owner\'s award-winning wine.

The indoor kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, American-style coffee machine, oven, toaster, cooker hob, electric kettle and fridge with freezer. There is also an outdoor kitchen beside the granary, connected to the terrace and equipped with a traditional bread oven suitable for baking bread and roasting meat.

Families with children are especially well catered for. A baby cot and high chair are available, while the garden features a swing, sandpit, play tower and playhouse. Guests can also enjoy football and basketball or explore the surrounding countryside using the 4 bicycles provided.

Please note: Access to the attic sleeping area is via a steep wooden staircase, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or very young children.

The homestead is located in Lahinja Natural Park in Bela Krajina, one of Slovenia\'s most peaceful and unspoilt countryside regions. The Lahinja River is only 80 metres away, making the property an excellent base for nature lovers, walking, cycling and outdoor activities.

Nearby Črnomelj is considered one of the cultural centres of Bela Krajina and is particularly known for Jurjevanje, Slovenia\'s oldest folklore festival. The wider region is famous for its vineyards, traditional cuisine, scenic countryside, historic churches, museums and distinctive Bela Krajina cultural heritage.

The surrounding landscape offers numerous walking and cycling routes, while thermal spas and other attractions of southeastern Slovenia can also be reached on day trips.
