Rustikal + einfach, sehr ruhig + authentisch

Das Haus wirkt wie ein bretonisches Fischerhaus aus dem Bilderbuch. Wunderschön und ruhig gelegen mit sehr großem Garten und Aussenbereich. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Auch wenn wir am Inserat nichts zu bemängeln haben, soll doch jedem klar sein, dass die Ausstattung relativ einfach gehalten ist. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind im 1. OG während Bad und WC im EG liegen. Die kleine Treppe dazwischen ist ziemlich steil. Daher würde ich das Haus Senioren und Familien mit (kleinen) Kindern nicht empfehlen. Der offene Kamin ist zwar urig, aber wohl leider öfter in Benutzung, denn es riecht im EG recht deutlich unangenehm verraucht.

maisonnette rustique, bien située

Cet ancien bâtiment de ferme dégage un certain charme: jolie pierres du pays, cheminée traditionnelle et grand jardin. Cette petite maison est bien située, au calme mais pas isolée, assez proche d'une plage, et permet de rayonner ou même de découvrir une grande partie de la Bretagne. Mais cette maisonnette a été rénovée avec un confort "de base": pas de coin salon (ni même de canapé ou de fauteuil), peu de luminosité, des chambres aux lits spartiates.. Donc idéale pour un séjour sous le soleil !
