Walking distance to the beautiful Rainbow River Springs. Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with king size bed in master and queen size in guest room. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and linens provided. Bungalows include 4 kayaks, 4 life jackets, 4 paddles. Common areas include charcoal grills, large grill with air fryer, large life size chess game, Life sized Connect 4, hammocks, fire pit, organic raised flowerbeds, golf carts welcome. Boat trailer parking. Just 2 doors down from KP boat ramp.

Great bungalow
Very close to the springs. My kids had a great time kayaking and hanging out at the bonfire. Consider bringing a truck or suv. Spring is around the corner but heavy to transport. The bungalow was clean and well organized. Centrally located to many activities within 25 min. Drive. Elephant sanctuary, rainbow springs, devils den. We would go back

Beautiful, quiet area. Very relaxing atmosphere. Clean, well maintained and updated. The rainbow river is gorgeous. The kayaks the house came with were a delight. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to the area!

Location was perfect. Easy access to kayaking and tubing on Rainbow River. Bungalow was super cute and spacious. We will definitely book this unit again. Tracy was very quick to respond. Very nice place!

Perfect Getaway
This is the second time we've stayed at this property and we have also stayed at a couple other bungalows in the community. Between them all, this one is definitely our favorite. The bungalow is always clean and well taken care of with everything you need for your stay. The location is excellent and access to the KP hole is a huge selling point of this community. Kayaks are provided, along with life jackets and a cart, which is a really nice touch. If you're considering a convenient and comfortable spot right by the Rainbow River, this is the place.

Beautiful property in an incredible place
Such a breautiful property and super well taken care of. Our family had such a great time. It's fully equipped and it's so clean a beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and everything exceeded our expectations. The host was so easy to communicate too. We will definitely be back.

The place was beautiful and cozy! The beds were comfortable, and it's in a great location to walk to KP Hole Park. The bed in the common area is an air mattress, which is important to know.

Nice Quiet Place to Stay
We stayed in Unit P and my sister and her family across the street. The units were all nice, clean and comfy. It had everything we needed for a few days at the springs. The Kayaks were nice to have. We used our truck to take them to the boat ramp so we didn't have to carry them. Water is beautiful, and we'd definitely come back.
