On the ground floor, a large entrance hall welcomes you into the property, leading to a generous living and dining room of 60 m2 featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a hi-fi system, with direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level and includes 3 hot plates and an oven. A shower room and a separate WC complete the ground floor layout.

On the upper floor, a lounge area equipped with a television, video player, hi-fi system, and DVD player offers an additional space for relaxation, with its own access to the terrace. The first bedroom on this floor features 1 french bed measuring 150 cm and is served by a shower room with WC. The second bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds accommodating 2 guests. The third bedroom includes 1 french bed and benefits from a private bathroom and a separate WC. The fourth and largest bedroom, measuring 30 m2, is furnished with 1 single bed of 80 cm and 1 french bed of 160 cm, making it an ideal space for guests requiring flexible sleeping arrangements.
