Located at the top of one of Spain's most beautiful towns, just a 20-minute walk from the harbor via a beautiful path and with easy access to the beach by car (5 km, 8-minute ride), this house offers the perfect balance between peaceful, spectacular views, and an excellent access to both the town of Cudillero and the beach.

The property features a spacious garden, private parking, a swimming pool (open in summer), and a barbecue area. With a capacity for up to 10 people, the house has 3 double bedrooms, one triple bedroom, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
