The Space:
The house is lovingly designed and prepared for your arrival, with details in every corner that create an atmosphere of peace and harmony. It is fresh and welcomes you clean so you can enjoy it from the first moment. It consists of:

- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your food. Consider that we offer soap and sponge for dishes.
-Full size refrigerator and freezer. Consider bringing an ice pack.
-Spacious and lighted rooms.
- Bathrooms with hygienic amenities, as well as bath and swimming pool towels.
- We have a private swimming pool, in case you want to heat it, there is an extra charge of $800.00 per day for gas. Please let us know in advance, payment is directly in cash.
- Nearby you will find a variety of restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies and supermarkets.
- Please note that during your stay there will be a person to help with the cleaning of the house.
- The house has a BBQ and utensils, in case you want to use it we ask you to bring your own charcoal.

Guest Access:
We kindly ask you to share with us your approximate arrival time because our staff will meet you at the entrance of the property to hand over the keys and welcome you as you deserve!

-Family Condominium.
-Access to Fujiyma street is difficult to see, be careful when giving arrival instructions.

Other Things to Note:
- Only accept family reservations, NO groups of young people.
- The property is located in a condominium, the name of the street is not noticeable, when you arrive you may have problems to access the house.
- The operation team lives in the bungalow of the house.
- The house has decorative objects that are easy to break.
-An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week
