The only issue we had was with a key not working to open one of the rooms, but the staff verified the problem and then put one of us in another room as we requested, so all was well, and the problem took very little time to resolve.

We have stayed at the Hartselle Red Roof Inn over the last 15 years. The facility is a shadow of its former self. The southern hospitality is lacking. The shower floor was pitched and drained poorly. There was still debris in the drain. The room had the odor of humidity and mold.

Right off the interstate clean and quiet. Just glad my husband checked the room the window was wide open on the first floor with woods right being the facility.
