The room was small but clean. The bed mattress was a little too soft but doable. The pillows were terrible, too soft and flattened when you laid on them. It was nice that we had shampoo/conditioner and even lotion in dispensers in bathroom. A nice size fridge too and filling free breakfast. The grandkids loved the indoor pool. We would definitely stay again.

Great staff, decent room

This is a very clean hotel with a decent pool and excellent customer service. The staff is all very friendly & more than willing to help. However - the linens on the bed are all very poor quality and scratchy, and the pillows are lumpy and unsupportive. The bed, although older, was comfortable. The towels, although not very generous sized, were fluffy and soft, EXCEPT for the towels at the pool, which were very old, worn, and small for an adult of any size.

It was good however, after spending two nights I asked from cleaning lady to clean the bathroom, change sheets and clean the carpet after I left around 9 am to my school work but when I returned back to hotel around 3pm, she only put some towels and straighten up the bed. The carpet was still dirty, commode was dirty, shower tub had hair and bedsheets were old ones, so I did mention it to the front desk and they said they would give some points.

The Hampton Inn in Frostburg was fantastic! We stayed there many, many years ago and it was great back then as well. The staff was amazing, the rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! There was only one small issue...the coffee maker in our room did not have the pod holder that slides into the machine. The management promised to correct that; for our stay, we just drank the coffee offered in the breakfast area. We loved it! Thanks for such a wonderful stay!
