Awesome facilities in an awesome location.
Really nice facilities. Staff is very friendly and professional. Fantastic surroundings. We did 2 different hikes starting from the hotel (1500 ft. gain in 3 miles). Another was a short drive and hike up to crater. Just a great setting and peaceful..

From arrival we were impressed the place, the hotel is nice, the staff is great, and very comfortable rooms. No good internet, and bad communications, but is part of what we wanted, being away from everything. Very good food, and personal attention.

Ficamos 5 diárias, e tudo foi perfeito durante toda a hospedagem. A equipe de passeios é muito atenciosa, os garçons muito legais, o gerente geral também foi muito simpático!! Estava tudo indo muito bem, até que chegou a hora do check out. No dia anterior fui fazer uma prévia para que, caso tivesse alguma contestação, ja a fizesse, sem pressa no dia de ir embora. Dito e feito: colocaram o IVA (imposto para cidadãos chilenos e estrangeiros com mais de 60 dias no país). Como o meu caso não era este, expliquei ao recepcionista que nos garantiu que este imposto no dia posterior (check out) ele não estaria na conta (inclusive foi validar com algum superior dele). No outro dia, ja com pressa e com nosso transfer nos esperando, eles cobraram novamente, e eu disse que não pagaríamos e mostrei ao novo recepcionista a lei onde me garantia isto. Ele não me cobrou, paguei o que devia e fui embora. No outro dia, já no Brasil, eles me debitaram, sem autorização o valor de aproximadamente 250 dólares no meu cartão de crédito. Isto não deve ser comportamento de um hotel deste gabarito e por isso contestei junto ao meu cartão de crédito para o não pagamento. Recomendo a todos, mas fiquem de olho nos detalhes.

um hotel muito bom num lugar lindo
chegamos e estava nevando! a paisagem estava deslumbrante. o hotel é no meio de uma floresta de araucarias. Lindo demais. O que faltava é poder sair direto do hotel esquiando. As janelas do hotel mostram a imponente beleza do vulcão. Vale o passeio.
