APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Tiyana Cusco rents completely independent vacation apartments in a typical family building in modern Cusco style. The internal courtyard and the panoramic terrace on the fourth floor are shared spaces available to guests.

- Apartment Ruinas 202 (1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a living room) is decorated with natural colors and objects related to Inca culture. It is located on the second floor (just above ground level), without an elevator.

- Separated from the kitchen by a bar table, you'll find a cozy living room equipped with a 43" smart TV and a desk with a chair for those who need to balance work and pleasure! Please note that the Wi-Fi is more than sufficient for video calls and general remote working.

- The kitchen is very spacious and well-equipped: you can cook your meals just like at home! We have a stove, microwave, pans, pots, and other useful appliances (no traditional oven)!

- The bedrooms have premium mattresses for maximum comfort. The master bedroom (135 x 190 cm bed) has a spacious closet, while the single bedroom has a chest of drawers.

- The bathroom has a large glass-walled shower with 24/7 hot water (gas). We provide cotton towels.

1- We care about sustainability we offer a water purifier, soap dispensers, and two separate trash cans so you can recycle! In return, we ask you to use water and electricity responsibly.

2- We meet all immigration and tax requirements imposed by our country, so:
--- If you are Peruvian or resident in Peru, we will ask you to pay the IGV (18%).
--- If you are a foreigner, we will ask you to present a passport photo of all guests to complete the required registration.

3. There are 4 beautiful kittens living with us, and they can occasionally be seen wandering around the steps or in the courtyard of the building! They are usually very shy and hide, but sometimes they let you pet them!

Great place. Uber will take you to the block behind the place that was a bit confusing. The place is great and the hosts are awesome. Beds are very firm.

Wonderful stay in San Blas

We stayed for a week and loved everything about our stay. Our hosts were attentive to our requests, accommodating with our schedule, and very helpful in coordinating our experiences. The apartment was comfortable and conveniently located. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here. Clean, filtered water available, lots of tea to use, hot water in the shower, fantastic walkable location to san blas, main square, and many shops/restaurants, very comfortable and warm sheets. Extremely safe with locking system for whole building but Cusco is pretty safe overall. Hosts were quick to communicate over text and accommodating, even brought over an extra towel. Would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable home base

The check in process was easy and instructions were clear. Location is about 10 minutes walk from the main plaza and was easy to walk around or uber to and from. Comfortable beds and nice amenities in the rest of the unit. A little noisy at times. Great hot shower was revitalizing after long days of touring. Stayed 4 nights and it was a perfect home base for our stay in Cusco.

Fantastic 2 week stay

The apartment was clean and organized. The water filter and space heater were such a fantastic addition. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect--minutes from major things to do, with food and laundry facilities minutes away. Wifi worked great, as did the TV and hot water heater.

We had a great stay at Chiara and Ivan's place! It had everything we needed, and was neat, clean and well-organized. We used this same place both before and after our Machu Picchu trek; they were super accommodating and held our luggage for us while we were away on our trek.Chiara was super communicative and helpful. She helped arrange rides, made sure we had everything we needed. She even personally met us and let us in on our second visit.Location was great; right near the San Blas market and not too far from the Plaza de Armas and lots of fine restaurants.Highly recommended!

A lovely stay in Cusco

My partner and I stayed here for two nights and the hosts were accommodating and hospitable. Overall it was just what we needed. The bed was a bit hard but this was a minor detail overall. Thank you to the hosts for all the information and help they provided, hints and tips were awesome đź‘Ś. They were easy to contact and friendly, I would highly recommend this location.

Well-furnished and with great hosts

Our large apartment was above and beyond with amenities - comfortable bedding, hot and filtered water, kitchen, TV (we didn't use), teas, etc. Convenient, quiet location. Chiara was most kind and generous with our every request. The only glitch was some drunken guests one night - the noise carried throughout the building - but that was dealt with swiftly by Chiara and Ivan. Will definitely stay again next time in Cusco!

Great week in a nice part of the city

The apartment was great - I did use the heater as it was cool in the evenings. The hot water worked well when following the host’s instructions and the wifi was great. There was some construction going on the last few days that was loud but not under the control of the host. Chiara was responsive to questions and helpful with checkin and getting a taxi from the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Stay in Cusco

We were extremely happy with the Location and the Host of the property. All communication was responded to immediately as well as accommodating to our needs as we traveled in and out of Cusco. We were able to drop our bags off while we were on the Inca trail to Machu Picchu for 4 days. We were also able to leave our bags there on the last day until 5pm when we headed to the airport. The room was extremely clean and fully furnished if you want to cook a meal or two. We were just happy after a long day to have a nice hot shower and a good night sleep. We look forward to coming back to stay here in the future.

Beautiful Place, a little away from the center.

First off let me say the owners were super essy to reach, checking in everyonce in a while to make sure everything was okay. Responded fast and offerred to help with airport pick up which was nice. The place was beautiful. A 15 minute walk from all the major things. But it is up hill on the way back which gets tiring but also means more quietness. The beds were not that comfortable, quite firm, probably 9/10 firmness. The bathroom was very nice as well. The hot water can be a little tricky to get right, but when you do it is heaven.
