Quiet, Picturesque, Comfortable Cabin
Quiet, picturesque, comfortable but fitting into the feel of Custer SD so wonderfully. This was the perfect place to start our days, out on the porch watching the horses in the pasture, and finish the day relaxing with friends and family. The cabin is stocked with everything we needed. All we needed to bring is food and drink. We highly recommend this as your next getaway location. Close to so many of the sought after places in the Black Hills. So very happy to have found this cabin. If we have a chance visit the area again we will definitely check the cabin’s availability before any other option.

Fantastic getaway!
Where to start?! We had the best stay in the Black Hills at this property. If you are looking to spend time with family away from the hustle and bustle of life while still having conveniences of home, look no further! It was brand new & clean with a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, plenty of towels, and best of all— 5 beautiful horses roaming the pasture in the backyard for a large part of the day. We stayed with our 4 kids ages 3-8, and we spent hours watching the horses and petting them when they came to see us at the fence. The property owner was immediately responsive to any questions we had! Location was secluded and SO QUIET (besides the sounds of elk bugling in the night and early morning!), yet still convenient to get to Custer, Custer state park, Mount Rushmore, Jewel Cave, etc. If we find ourselves back in the Black Hills, we will definitely be back!

So glad we found this cabin!
Our family couldn’t have asked or wanted for anything more. We loved the privacy, the beautiful property and cabin, and all the amenities. We explored the nearby mine, enjoyed the wildlife - being able to do a couple loads of laundry was the added bonus! This cabin was the perfect home base for our adventures in the Black Hills. Thank you!

Absolutely the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life! Quiet, clean and amazing! The sunsets over the black hills as your watching the deer graze in the field and hearing the sound of elk. What more can u ask for....oh wait..going to sleep in the amazing house with all the amenities of home and waking up to the sound of birds as you sip your coffee on the covered porch. Heaven! Quiet Secluded Cabin
This secluded cabin was perfect! If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, look no further. No other houses around, beautiful views, and abundant wildlife. The cabin was well appointed with everything we needed and conveniently located to all of the area attractions. If you’re planning on visiting the area, this cabin would be a great choice.

Beautiful spot, beautiful property
A wonderful, new listing outside of Custer. It’s a beautiful house with a great view (and deck) and responsive hosts (hosts brought salt out to us when we were out). Its perfect for two adults and their kids and/or animals. The kitchen has many tools you will need and some you won’t, but you will need to bring your own oil/butter and spices. A few things I would note if you’re looking at this place: there is no dining or kitchen table—only an island with stools. Also, there is only one common space for the house so not a great deal of privacy unless you’re in a bedroom. Just to be clear: these things did not diminish our time because they worked for our group size. However, I can’t imagine staying here with two other couples and it working very well if much time was spent inside.
