Newly renovated 2-room apartment with outdoor terrace.

Cozy, lovingly furnished attic apartment by private.

The apartment is completely renovated (except for the doors) and the roof has been newly insulated to protect the summer heat. There are about 52 square meters of cosiness and relaxation on them.


The apartment consists of a small kitchen, small shower room with window, bedroom (2 persons), a folding bed (guest bed), as well as living room and dining area. Our apartment is located in the attic of our family home, which is in a very quiet residential street (Butendieksweg). Perfect to relax. There is a separate parking space available. To the Wernerwald it is about 3 minutes walk, to the sandstrand about 10 minutes and the next bakery with shopping possibility is likewise in about 10 minutes on foot reachable.


Towels and bed linen are to be brought along, mattress size 90x200 (2x).

Wir verbrachten in der Unterkunft 4 ruhige Tage.Waren zwar natürlich auch viel unterwegs, aber wenn wir in der Unterkunft waren, war es auch ruhig,da in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Sehr modern eingerichtet, alles gepflegt und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir werden die Unterkunft in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ruhe und Erholung
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgesprochen angenehm. Wir konnten den Sitzplatz, der zur Ferienwohnung gehört, nutzen und hatten hier einen wunderbaren freien Blick auf die Felder und wurden nur von Fahrradfahrern oder Reiter*innen begrüßt :-).

Absolut empfehlenswert
Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Die Sauberkeit der FeWo ist absolut hervorzuheben. Die Lage ist in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet. Es verläuft eine Fahrradstraße vor dem Haus, weshalb Lärm durch Autos hier quasi nicht vorhanden ist. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten. Kleines Manko sind die teils geringen Raumhöhen aufgrund Dachgeschoss. Für uns kein Thema, aber für jemanden mit 1,90 u. U. etwas beschwerlich ;-) Alles in Allem für uns eine Empfehlung wert, wir würden wieder dort einchecken, falls es uns nochmals in diese Gegend führt.

Top Wohnung
Wir haben 5 tolle Tage in der schönen, gemütlichen Ferienwohnung verbracht und waren rund um zufrieden. Schon die Kommunikation vor unserem Aufenthalt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns schon dort willkommen gefühlt. Fragen oder Auskünfte wurden direkt freundlich beantwortet. Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was wir brauchten, sodass wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt haben. Auch unserem 5 jährigen Sohn hat es sehr gefallen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und dennoch ist der Strand mit dem Rad schnell zu erreichen. Super, dass man direkt vor Ort die Räder mieten konnte!! Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und werden sicher wieder kommen, wenn wir in der Ecke sind.

Ländlich in schöner Umgebung
Beste Organisation auch durch den Vermieter, alle Infos schnell und zuverlässig. Wohnung sehr sauber, freundlicher Vermieter, neu möbliert und gemütlich, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und Ausflüge, Kartenmaterial in der Wohnung, empfehlenswert.
