Our comfortably furnished 75 sqm apartment for 2-4 people leaves nothing to be desired for a neat and cozy holiday home. Your accommodation offers a large living-sleeping area (two single beds) and another room with a double bed. In the well-equipped eat-in kitchen you will find everything your heart desires. Here you can sit comfortably for a meal together. In the living area you can be entertained by a modern flat screen.

The quiet apartment is located in a cul-de-sac and in an optimal location about 50m behind the dike. You can park your vehicle directly at the house. Shops, restaurants or bistros can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. Our holiday guests receive free hospitality with coffee & tea in our Bistro & Cafe directly in the Döser Meile at the Kugelbake. You can get information about outdoor attractions or sights from us or from the information desk of the spa administration. The apartment is available for rent all year round.

Our apartments are located in a spa area. We would like to point out that a tourist tax is charged per person / per night and depending on the season for people aged 16 and over. This amount will be collected in cash at the Chek In. The amount is between € 1.60 to € 2.60. You will receive a spa card.

Das geht wesentlich besser...

Zunächst das Positive: Die Lage ist super; 200 m bis zum Deich. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter reagiert auf Anfragen sehr schnell. Nun das Negative: Die Wohnung ist enorm hellhörig. Man hört ständig das Getrappel aus der darüber liegenden Wohnung. Außerdem hört man Stimmengemurmel von oben. Die Wohnungstüre hat die Qualität einer normalen Zimmertür, so dass man auch alles aus dem Treppenhaus hört. Die Isolierung ist aus unserer Sicht ausgesprochen schlecht. Die Türe zum Wohnzimmer lässt sich nur mit hohem Kraftaufwand schließen und wieder öffnen. Die Möblierung ist wild zusammengewürfelt und von minderer Qualität. Das Bad ist vollgestellt mit großen Pflanzen, deren Pflegezustand (Milben) unter aller Kanone ist. Wegen der Größe lässt sich das Fenster nicht richtig verdunkeln.

Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und in der Küche findet man fast alles, was man benögt. Sogar Gewürze und Spültabs waren dort. Die Blumen im Bad sollten entsorgt werden, da sie nicht mehr gesund aussahen. Die Handtücher waren zerschlissen und dreckig. Die Jalousien verbeult. Es ist im Haus sehr hellhörig. Wir wurden dadurch morgens zwischen 7 und 8 geweckt. Die Terasse dürfte von etwas Unkraut befreit werden, sodass es hier etwas gemütlicher aussieht. Von einem Garten habe ich leider nichts gesehen. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist super und auch zum Discounter, jedoch würde ich die Unterkunft zu dem Preis nicht erneut buchen. Bettwäsche

Top ist die Lage der Ferienwohnung und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthaltes ist gut . Ansonsten : -Sauberkeit lässt echt zu wünschen übrig -im kleinen Schlafzimmer riecht es sehr modrig -das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist durch Für den Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet.

An sich eine super Ferienwohnung, super Lage, sehr nah zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in direkter Nähe gegeben. Die nächste „stadt bzw. der nächste Ort“ ist auch nicht weit. Allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen die Ferienwohnung. Aber alles sauber und Ordentlich. Gastgeber sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Aufjedenfall weiter zu empfehlen

Super Kurzurlaub

Wir haben die Wohnung für einen Wochenendtrip gebucht. Wir waren super zufrieden. Ruhige Lage, sodass wir außer der Urlauber von oben, nichts gehört haben (dies hat uns aber nicht gestört). Netter Kontakt und tolle Ausstattung der Wohnung. Handtücher und Bettwäsche, sowie ein Hochstuhl waren ebenfalls vorhanden.

Für einmal okay..

Positiv: freundlicher Kontakt, super Größe der Wohnung (für 2 Personen oder mehr), schön dass Müllbeutel, Geschirrtüscher etc. Für alltägliche Dinge vorhanden waren, tolle Lage! Negativ: Elektrik in der gesamten Wohnung wirkt nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig/ total veraltet. Nur sehr wenig Steckdosen, die teilweise aus der Wand fallen und somit nicht genutzt werden können. Staub geputzt wurde längere Zeit nicht. Überall waren Spinnweben und in den Regalen eine dicke Staubschicht. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer hatte einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch. Im Wasserkocher stand noch Wasser, was uns an einer ordentlichen Reinigung zweifeln lässt. Zudem war es störend, dass die Vermieterin, die im Keller zu wohnen scheint, jeden Abend zwischen 20-0 Uhr sehr laut direkt vor dem schlafzimmerfenster oder im hellhörigen Flur telefoniert hat. Auch die Dusche war eine Katastrophe. Besonders die Armatur und dass aus der brause kaum bis gar kein Wasser kam. Wäre schön, wenn das in Zukunft optimiert werden würde. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub, bedanken uns für den Aufenthalt und hoffen, dass sich die Kritik für künftige Gäste zu Herzen genommen wird :-)

schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung entspricht den Angaben und ist gut ausgestattet, teilweise laienhaft renoviert, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der Weg zum Strand ist in 5 Min. zu Fuß erledigt, ebenso zum Bäcker und zum Aldi.
