The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the 4th phase of the vacation complex and measures 79 m². It features two bedrooms, a living and dining area with a built-in kitchen, a bathroom, and an additional guest restroom.
On the 15 m² balcony, you can enjoy breakfast in the sun. The wellness area is easily accessible on foot or by elevator.

From May through September, a beach chair is included in the booking price.

A free parking space with its own wallbox is available in the underground garage (space no. 9). A fee of €35.00 is charged for one week’s use. Each additional week or portion thereof—even if it’s just one extra day—is charged an additional €15.00.

The Hohe Lith Residence, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
