Altbau-Charme mit Super-Blick auf die Elbe

Eine Ferienwohnung im Altbau, die Räume optimal genutzt. Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer gut eingerichtet mit viel Stauraum und Spielzeug für Kinder und Erwachsene. Der Ausblick auf Deich und Elb-Mündung ist sensationell. Die Dusche in der kleinen Küche ist schon besonders, aber funktionell. In der Küche alles komplett (ohne Geschirr-Spülmaschine). Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, immer für einen kleinen Klönschnack zu haben. Kleines Manko: Kein WLAN angeboten.

Albtraum Geburtstagsgeschenk

Der Gesamteindruck oberflächlich sauber. Feststellung beim Beziehen der Betten mit eigener Bettwäsche(freiwillig mitgebracht) : Matratzen mit Topper komplett durchgelegen. Die Matratzentopper bestanden aus einem wattierten Spannbetttuch. Dieses wattierte Spannbettuch hat den Rest der eigentlichen Matratzen zusammen gehalten. Kopfkissen und Decken waren völlig veraltet. Daher nicht für Allergiker geeignet. Der Schrank und das Bett waren maßiv beschädigt. Aus dem Holz waren Teile heraus gebrochen. Durch die komplette Veraltung der Kopfkissen, Decken, Matratzen etc. bestand erhöhte Milbengefahr. WC und Dusche waren getrennt. Die Duschkabine befand sich hinter der Küchenzeile. Die Duschkabine war erhöht und unter der Emalienschale befand sich ein zersetztes Material. Dies führte beim Duschen dazu, dass die Duschwanne nachgab und man damit rechnen musste, dass die Wanne beim duschen durchbricht. Das WC befand sich in einem kleinen Raum. Auch der Spülkasten der Toilette war völlig veraltet und hing oben an der Decke. Der Spülknüppel war defekt. Zuerst hing das ganze Spülsystem und dann ist das ganze Ziehelement der Spüle abgefallen. Dies hatte zur Folge, dass die Spülung (Das Wasser) fortwährend durchgelaufen ist. Wir holten die Vermieterin und mussten diese daraufhinweisen, dasss das Wasser abgestellt werden muss. Wir stellten fest, dass sich die Vermieterin nicht in ihrem eigenen Haus auskannte. Wir sollten mit ihr den Abstellhahn suchen. Wir zogen es vor unseren Urlaub zu genießen. In dieser Zeit hat sie einen Klempner beauftragt, um den Schaden zu beheben. Als wir abends nachhause kamen, wurde uns berichtet, dass man den Spülkasten notdürftigt repariert hat. Es konnte also jeder Zeit wieder passieren. Die Elektrizität entspricht nicht der EU Norm. Beim Einstecken des Föhns in die Aufputzsteckdose fing es an verschmort zu riechen. Die Elektrik liegt komplett Aufputz und nicht Unterputz. Wo eine Steckdose gefehlt hat , hat man Abzweigungen geschaffen, um weitere Steckdosenaufputz zu setzen. In Steckdosen wurden Verteilersteckdosen gesetzt, sodass aus einer Steckdose zwei Steckdosen wurden. Nach dem Erlebnis mit dem Föhn haben wir uns nicht getraut den Herd einzuschalten. An Kochen und Frühstücken war nicht zu denken.
