Wohnung für den Kurztrip

Wir haben uns während der Woche wohl gefühlt. Cuxhaven und besonders Duhnen hat uns gefallen und wir haben viel gesehen. Die Entfernung zum Strand und Ahoibad betrug zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten. Mit dem Auto konnte man innerhalb kürzester Zeit alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Cuxhavener Stadtteile entdecken. Die Wohnanlage mit Außenanlage und Keller samt Gesellschaftsräumen/Sauna ist sehr schön und ansprechend. Sie liegt am Ortsende, ist sehr ruhig gelegen, passend für Spaziergänge.Unsere Wohnung war für die kurze Zeit in Ordnung, jedoch mit drei Erwachsenen etwas zu klein. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, dies sah man besonders der Küche (lose Steckdosen) und der Sofaecke an. Teilweise wurde die Einrichtung im Vergleich zu den Anzeigenfotos aber schon erneuert, insbesondere der Wohnbereich ist schön gestaltet. Zudem ließ die Sauberkeit besonders in den Schlafräumen zu wünschen übrig, Haare auf den Matratzenauflagen und dicke Staubflocken rund um die Betten waren zu sehen. Mein Kopfkissen roch nach Schweiß, dank Lüften und Lufterfrischer war es nutzbar. Da sollte der Eigentümer oder die Agentur nochmals mit den Reinigungskräften sprechen (die erst über eine Stunde nach Schlüsselübergabe erschienen sind und notdürftig in 15 Minuten geputzt haben - offiziell musste man nach dem Putzen nochmals desinfizieren, dem war aber definitiv nicht so) sprechen. Insgesamt hat uns die Wohnanlage Vinnenhus mit ihren 10 Wohnungen sehr gut gefallen, diese Wohnung eignet sich insbesondere für den Sommer, wenn man viel Zeit draußen verbringt.

Sehr erholsame Ferien, das Geschirr gehört ersetzt, bessere Reinigung des Bades und unter dem Sofa, aber alles in allem eine schöne Zeit und gute Unterkunft

Tolle Lage, gemütliche Wohnung, mäßige Betreuung

Wir hatten es gemütlich in der Wohnung, auch wenn sie schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist (vor allem die Betten...). Auch mit Hundwar die Lage perfekt, denncWiesen und tolle Wege sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Betreuung ließ allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Zwar war der Schlüssel rechtzeitig vor Ort, aber die Dame kam nur zum Abkassieren der Kurtaxe etc. vorbei. Auf die Behebung von kleineren Mängeln (Kaputte Nachttischlampe) und weitere notwendige Informationen (Wo ist die angekündigte Waschmaschine?) habend wir dann aber vergeblich gewartet.

Gemütlich und ruhig.

Alles wie beschrieben - die Wohnung ist sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und groß genug für 4 Personen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, aber nah an Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch für Urlauber ohne Auto zu empfehlen - die Bushaltestelle ist weniger als 10 min Fußweg entfernt.

Schnuckelige Wohnung

Sehr preisgünstige Wohnung am Feldrand gelegen, aber trotzdem nah zum Strand und zur Stadtmitte (mit Fahrrad 3 Minuten, zu Fuss 7 bis 8 Minuten). Im Haus gibts Sauna, Kicker, Waschmaschine und Trockner gg. Geb., Fahrradschuppen, Stellplatz. Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Balkon, ist sehr schön geschnitten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig einen Backofen und einen etwas grösseren Fernseher könnte man sich wünschen. Ansonsten ist alles da. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
