24시간 리셉션이라고 해서 공항에 내려서 늦게 체크인하는데 호텔문이 잠겨있어서 30분동안 밖에서 기다렸어요... 밤늦게 너무 무서웠어요 주변에 너무 깜깜하고 비치는 매우 가깝네여 주변에 버거브로스도 있고 갠찮네여

better option out there

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. One blocking walking distance from the beach. The hotel does not look like the picture. It look nicer on the outside but the room is terrible. It is smelly. AC does not work well. The cleaning lady used the spare key to enter our room when we were taking a nap and her response was "sorry, did not expect you guys to be here". wasnt she supposed to check with the receptionist first to see if the guests were still in the room?? dont ever eat at the restaurant in front of the hotel "an binh" or "binh an" or at least ask for the price first. we were charged 70000VND for 1 serving of chicken rice which could only cost 25000 or 30000 elsewhere. It was not even good.

not a great experience

The first room we sere out in stunk of mould. We complained and we were upgraded although i had booked a superior room anyway. we werent give any information when we had checked in and subsequently missed breakfast. The walls in the room was missing paint and the aircon wouldnt work during the night. Also it sounded like something was scratching in the wall the entire night. we also had problems locking and unlocking the room. We were booked for 2 nights but left after one.

一人旅の私にスタッフの皆さんがとても暖かく迎えてくれました。 たまたまでしょうが、スタッフの方の晩ご飯にも招いていただき、歌ありダンスありの楽しいひとときを過ごすことができて、すごくハッピーな気持ちになりました！！！ ビーチも美味しい食べ物屋さんからも近くて快適でした。

ビーチまでは徒歩2分、場所もHolidayという大きなホテルのそばで分かりやすい。 宿周辺にはコンビニ、おいしいレストラン、現地の食堂と何でもそろっていて困らない。 おまけに近くにかわいい女の子のいるバーもある。 朝は海に入って昼間はのんびりレストランでお茶して夕方また海に入って夜はバーでお酒を飲む。 そんな毎日を過ごすには最高の場所でした。 ホテルのスタッフは皆親切で笑顔あり安心して宿泊ができる。毎日掃除してくれ、部屋は広くはないが清潔で24時間ホットシャワーも使える。値段も安く、学生やサーファー等お勧めの宿といえる。

Blev uppgraderade till de luxe och det rummet var mycket bra. Frukosten inte särskilt aptitlig. Personalen vänlig och tillmötesgående. Nära till den fina beachen.

slecht, de hotel en de hotelkamer en zelfs de lift heeft een nare, vieze geur! Enige pluspunt is de ligging is vlakblij de strand en eromheen goede eten en drank faciliteiten! Bedankt hotel.com.voor de goede prijsdeal! Als het de normale prijs was, was het weggooid geld en totaal niet waard!

Room smells a bit of mould. We came late and left early so we didn't try to change rooms but I wouldn't normally stay in a room like that. I've seen worse though. Check the room before you book something or go somewhere else.

Gute Lage, Service verbesserungswürdig

Wir dürften die erste Buchung über Hotels.com gewesen sein und die Übermittlung dürfte nicht ganz gepasst haben, denn die Rezeptionistinnen waren etwas verwundert als wir angekommen sind. Weiters haben wir auch noch mit Frühstück bestellt, aber da dürfte ein Fehler von Hotels.com passiert sein, die das Zimmer zu günstig angeboten haben. Nach viele Diskussionen und viel Zeitaufwand um mit Hotels.com per Mail in Kontakt zu treten (Telefonnummer funktionierte nicht und ist mir eigentlihc auch zu teuer) hat uns das Hotel 2 mal auf Frühstück eingeladen, welches zwar gut war, aber leider nur mit Heißgetränken und als wir für Orangensaft zahlen wollten, wurde uns gesagt, dass keiner vorhanden sei. Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel wirklich ein Armutszeugnis. Die Lage ist echt toll, nur 2 Minuten zum schönen ruhigen Sandstrand. Mopedverleih hat auch tadellos funktioniert, nur eine Karte von Danang musste erst besorgt werden und wurde uns extra verrechnet. Willkommens-Obstteller fanden wir auch ganz nett. Die 24 h Rezeption darf man auch nicht ganz wörtlich nehmen, den meistens war diese nicht besetzt.

Great services - Great location for sea bathing

The hotel is about 2 blocks from My Khe beach, a good place for swimming and with life guards watching for your safety. Closeby, there are many seafood place which offered live lobsters, shrimps, shells for a moderate price, although the atmosphere fits backpackers more than family style persons. There are high class restaurants nearby but the cooking is less good. The room is pretty decent for the price. with 2 full size beds. The staffs are friendly, and helpful with any matters. Overall. we had a good time staying at this hotel, and were pleasantly surprised with the local friendliness

Book this Hotel for the Beach Only!!!

If you want a hotel close to the beach, then this is a good place at a very decent price. It is not close to Da Nang city center, about 6-7km away, so if you don't care about the beach, then book a hotel closer to Da Nang. The location around this hotel is still new and under construction so currently there isn't a lot of restaurants or places to eat and shop. As for the hotel, the guest service is very accommodating. The hotel is not new, but not old either. Condition is good. The room is spacious. Breakfast is not included, despite what the website says. During my stay, there was no hot water. My only other complaint is that there was construction in the next building that was very noisy during the day and night. Of course, that is not the fault of the hotel itself, but it is something that kept me up at night.

Big room, great neighborhood, super staff

First, the room was more than double the size of rooms in similar price range that I stayed at in Da Nang. There are really fun, affordable bars and restaurants on the same block. The local convenience stores and eateries don't up charge tourists. The beach is about a 30 second walk from the front door. Fell in love w the front desk girls as they could not be nicer or more accommodating. Really enjoyed my stay.
