Christmas on the beach

The hotel is so close to the beach (5 min walk), places to eat and small convenience shops. It is also much better value than the large hotels that line the beach and the family owners are so nice and helpful

10 minute walk to beach

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very comfortable and clean. The owners were very kind, helpful and considerate. We would happily stay again.

Lovely rooms near beach but on a busy road

Accommodation new and well decorated especially for the price it was a bargain as the room was lovely. People friendly and made me an extra fruit salad and yogurt even though it was not on the breakfast list. Its across the road from a nice quiet beach - cross the road and walk left a little way and a path takes you to a beach with sunbeds, which was my favorite beach so peaceful The downside Co Bon ison a very busy road and my room smelt of cigarettes, there was another room but that was even closer to the road and noise so I put up with bit for the 1 night I stayed otherwise I could not have coped with the smell longer. They have bikes but unlike eleswhere in Hoi An there is a charge.

Mycket fint och fräscht med väldigt trevlig familj

Väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig familj. Rummen var mycket fräscha och promenaden till stranden kort. Lätt att hitta taxi för att ta sig in till centrala HoiAn. Familjen hjälpte oss även ringa taxi på kvällen när många var upptagna.

Ca 200 Meter vom Strand entfernt mit Familienansch

Mehr kann man sich von einer Unterkunft nicht erwarten. Alles Schick, alles freundlich. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden.

Anfängliche Schwierigkeiten

Bei der Ankunft im Hotel gab es ein paar kleine Schwierigkeiten. Uns wurde das Zimmer zur Straßenseite zugewiesen. Da dieses doch sehr laut war, wollten wir das rückwärtig gelegene Zimmer. Durch die mangelnde Englischkenntnisse dauerte es fast eine halbe Stunde. Ging aber dann doch. Alles im allen ist es eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Es wird geholfen wo es geht. Große Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit. Alles sauber und sehr gepflegt. Tip Top Der Strand ist nur ca. 200 m entfernt. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Preis Leistung besser geht's nicht.

Neues Homestay ca ein Jahr alt. Super nette und freundliche Vietnamesische Familie. Bemüht in alles Belangen, der Gastvater lernt noch Englisch. Frühstück kann man sich aussuchen ( vietnamesische oder normale Gerichte) und wir im Zimmer oder Balkon serviert. Zum Strand einfach über die Straße und dem Schild folgen, noch keine fünf Minuten. Schöner sauberer Strandabschnitt mit Liegen und Schirme. Die Altstadt sowie my son ist ein Muss. Altstadt ca 6 Kilometer mit dem Taxi. Haben erst zwei Tage gebucht und dann nochmals um drei Tage verlängert. Weil die Gastfamilie super ist, und der Strand auch. Auf jeden Fall wieder.
