You could not find a better location for the beach and the DaNang marathon. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the Sky Bar served good food and drinks at reasonable prices. The elevator was quite crowded at times, but you could always wait for the next elevator.

The pool and 20th-floor restaurant/bar were amazingly beautiful, especially at night. The room was very nice with a partial-sea-view. Although there was nothing the hotel could do about it, a new hotel was being built within 20 feet of Diamond Sea and the workers kept working all night long. We appreciated the earplugs provided by the hotel but it was still very noisy.

Nice and clean, beautiful view of the beach.

Pros: Everything seems new and clean. Their breakfast buffet is quite good. the hotel requires all visitors to provide some form of ID before being let in.
Cons: The room and windows could be a little bit bigger to let more light in.
Location: There are several seafood restaurants located right across the hotels; Fresh seafood, a little high in price. 4U restaurant has great view.
Even though the room is smaller than the typical US hotel rooms, it is not that bad since you will be outside enjoying the beach most of the time. The hotel seems quite new and everything is quite clean. I really enjoy their top floor pool, which has a very wide and nice view of the beach/ocean. The one thing that caught me off guard was that they charge additional $350,000 Dong if you have more than two people in your party. Since they provide free breakfast buffet for all the guests, I guess it's reasonable for the additional guest charge. In the name of security, the hotel requires all visitors to provide some form of ID before being let onto the elevator.
