Fantastic staff, great breakfast ! Bad design for tub/ shower enclosures and some mold in my room on wall near head of bed behind bedside table. Great location, very convenient to Lotte Mart and close to most things Da Nang. Large Korean tourist area which made my Korean wife very comfortable.

My room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast on the rooftop was great, I would have appreciated more fruit. It is a bit far from the beach, but Grab is very cheap. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, I dealt with Hang and Ana quite a bit. There are several options for restaurants and spa on the same block. I recommend this hotel.

The staff were welcoming and helpful and communication was easy. The room was clean and the hotel is conveniently located around the corner from Lotte Mart. The only downside to the room is the bath tub is very high and getting out of the shower is a bit of a risk hazard.
