MUONG THANH Residential Building is across My Khe Beach, which is one of the most. beautiful beach in the world. It’s at the center of seafood, restaurants, massage and spa services, coffee shops, mini marts. An ATM conveniently located right out front. It’s a very good place for travelling or business trip. Search for Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang Hotel and you’ll see exactly the Residential building behind/next to it.
The apartment has name The Heaven Sea. It’s located on the 40th floor of a 41 floor Muong Thanh Residential Building. The view was amazing as you could see the beach, east toward the Son Tra peninsula and giant lady Buddha statue over the distant fishing boats, city, central river, all bridges of Da Nang, even the Dragon Bridge. You could watch Dragon Bridge blows the fire and water on every sartuday, sunday nights at 9pm-9:15pm, the fireworks from the balcony and the living room window on the holidays and festivals. This apartment is more suited for 2 couples or a family of four.

The Kitchen has dishes, cooking utensils, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave for you to use just like your home. The landlord will be happy and grateful if you can clean it after eating. There are benches and a table, you can pull its on the wall if you don’t use.

The bathrooms were provided water heater in order to you can use warm water to take a shower. You will be provided with all the essential: Towels, shampoo, hair dryer.

The Living room has an air condition with high quality, 2 comfortable sofas. You also can pull its up on the wall to help wider space and then you can also sleep on the wooden floor if you want. There is a big smart TV with the internet connection
The elevator using magnetic card, lock door using magnetic and password. In the fridge will have 2 water free in the first check in day.
- My husband will give you the room and lift card at the lobby (Block B of building, just look for the Pharmarcy”). Sometime, my husband and I, we are not both available in person, you can check yourself in with the smart lock. You can still contact me through messaging apps.
