Nice Boutique Hotel near Old Town

Nice hotel walking distant to old town. Rachael at front desk very attentive and helpful, check in was smooth and fast. Good spread of breakfast. Sky Bar is a nice place to chill out with good view of the landscape & river. Bar tender Alan very helpful with information of local restaurants and places to visit. Good service from the staff

Great little boutique hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Victor was great to help with luggage, Chloe and the girls at the front desk always willing to help with organizing a tour or a car to the airport. Was about a 15 minute walk to old town with a lot to look at along the way! Room was spacious and clean. Would recommend this hotel.

Susan and her front of house team were fantastic! Very friendly and professional. The hotel is just 10 minutes walk to the river and it is very beautifully designed in art's deco style. The breakfast buffet was ok, however the western food dishes were not great prepared and didn't taste good. The Spa is fantastic and I enjoyed some treatments. However the massage beds are uncomfortable and for someone like me with a bad back problem, I struggled to lie down for an hour.

Lovely property, very polite, friendly and professional staff. The restaurant was fantastic and opened long hours, the breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety and the rooftop bar was great. We stayed for three nights but wished we stayed longer. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were beautiful and spacious and it was only a short walk into the old town. Although we didn't swim the pool looked lovely and was a good size. We could not fault Delicacy Hotel and Spa and highly recommend it.

This is a superb property. Staff is exceptional, the spa is very well run with highly trained therapists. The bikes are an excellent amenity and the breakfast is nicely prepared. This property is better then many 5 star properties in Vietnam and we highly recommend it!!

Husband is tall and the beds were the most comfortable we had enjoyed in Vietnam. Rooms are incredibly clean. Book massage, the staff are incredible and there is often a morning special.

Stayed here for 3 nights December 2024 with my husband and 2 teenagers in adjoining room. Staff were fantastic to work with. Long before we even arrived, front desk was helpful in making us restaurant reservations, arranging massages and transportation. Rooms were clean and well organized, making for a comfortable stay.

The deluxe room was small but comfortable. The hotel is on a main road about a ten minute walk from the old quarter. It’s quite a busy road without a pavement so would be difficult for families. It was a convenient base for us in Hoi An and good value.

Most friendly staff ever! There is a 10 minutes walk to reach the night market which may be difficult depending on the weather. Around the hotel, there are a couple of shops and food booth, and a convenient store.

We loved our stay at the Hoi An Delicacy Hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The hotel was lovely, and the food was great too. Cosy and comfortable. Quiet and cleanliness was really good. The room service was really yummy and special mention about the spa services. Excellent. Location is further away from the main shops so it’s quieter.

Just outside of busy downtown area but short cab ride or moderate walk back to town. Wonderful amenities on site like spa and roof top bar! Enjoyed both even though only here one day! Highly recommend. Price can’t be beat
