The staff is hard working and helpful. Although rooms are a little dated, they do a good job keeping things cleaned and maintained. The breakfast has good variety and is replenished often.

Great View from Rooftop, with infinity type pool, although small but adequate. Rooftop Bar & Dining had a nice ambience in the evening with view of ocean and partial view of dragon bridge. Staff up here were plentiful & excellent, informative. On our 2 night stay only went to breakfast once, felt room & breakfast area not big enough for the amount of rooms at the property. Carpets in hallways need a good clean. Rooms pretty soundproof. Overall, satisfied with our short stay!

We had pleasant stay in Mandila for 3 Nights. Bathtub bit odd as need to hop over. Shower curtains and Glass shield roller are old. Fantastic Infinity pool. Beach right across. Nice Spa service quality is better than outdoors ones. Good buffet breakfast. Decent size room with Balcony for seaview. Thankful to all staff.

The overall is good. We have no complaints about the hotel. However there is a beach lounge about 200m away from this hotel which plays very loud music throughout the night. If you have trouble sleeping than you should consider the city view instead of ocean view.
