Hotel was nice being within the theme park and had a good breakfast spread. Check in was not pleasant though as there were 2 large groups which held up the check in. No effort was made to serve the other guests until someone made a complaint then the supervisor came out. To be fair, the hotel check in staff did their best but should have had additional support. Room constantly had furniture dragging noises from above until late night. Overall still worth the stay to properly enjoy the park.

Actually getting to this property is spectacular via cable car. There is a double check inn once before boarding the cable car and top of the hill. We were vip checked in as we stayed 3 nights. The medieval design is fantastic . Our room over looked one of the stages which was great. The bed comfortable shower grout needs some work. The English language is still a challenge and you may find it hard to explain some things. Translate is a must at times. Over all this place is at a specacular location . Will come again fir sure.

The room was very tiny and had some mold. The balcony was nice but there is construction happening and that will be the view you have. Overall this was the best solution to have early access to the Golden Hands Bridge.

Service at the hotel was average. We waited in line to check in finally reached reception 20min later only to be told we need to go to member area. Not so friendly staff. We went to reception to exchange some money and they made us wait 12min as all the other asian tourist kept on jumping the line and she kept on serving them. Obviously they like to help their own and keep the others waiting. The rooms are very outdated and small. If there was another hotel as an option to stay on Bana hills id stay there rather then this one

"I recently visited the French Village in Ba Na Hills, and it was like stepping into a charming European village right in the heart of Vietnam. The architecture is stunning, with cobblestone streets, quaint cafes, and beautiful gardens that transport you to another world. The cool mountain air and panoramic views make it a perfect escape from the city. There are plenty of attractions, from the impressive Golden Bridge to the delightful restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. A special recognition to Kayden, Caroline, Sonny, and Luca Phu, the bellman, who did an excellent job from the day I arrived until the day I left. Their exceptional hospitality and service truly enhanced the experience. I highly recommend this destination for anyone visiting Da Nang. Don’t forget to go Spa high recommend.
