Tidy and spacious rooms. Breakfast had reasonable variety helpful staff although very limited English so communication was difficult. No spa facility available although andvertised which was disappointing. Pool bar was never open and charge you for bottled water which was not communicated til checking out. Recommend for a short stay Location is convenient however if staying with a family there are other options that may be more suited with more facilities available

Great hotel, good location!

Room was incredible. Very comfortable bed, good workspace, relaxing pool area, easy walk to the beach and great restaurants. PLUS breakfast was really good with friendly staff. Will stay again.

Good value in an average location

New hotel with great views, excellent breakfast and staff. Clean by SE asia standards with quiet rooms. The location is amongst some rubble that appears to be under construction. Nevertheless, the beach is nearby and there are shops within walking distance.

Wonderful stay! Love it here!

This staff is stunning and they took care of my friend and I very well. Originally stayed for 5 days but loved it there, so we cancelled our trip to Hue and stayed an extra two days. Pool and buffet were excellent. All of the staff were willing to help. Tip if you like baths, get the triple room and book through hotels.com since its much cheaper than at the hotel. Big thanks to the staff at Nhu Minh Plaza!!

Da Nang high-end hotel at a modest price yet

Hotel staff are so courteous and helpful, reflecting the spirit of making guests as comfortable and welcoming. Did not use swimming pool or any Physical fitness facilities, but breakfast lounge and lobby, I found well-run customer-caring attitude and atmosphere during my 3-short day stay. My Da Nang visit turned out wonderful, thanks to the excellent hospitality of the hotel staff and its location from beach only a few short blocks away.

Supportive staffs. Car arrangement for low price.

i found it was difficult to comminicate with some of the receptionists. However, they tried to support the guest needs in many ways. i was particularly impressed by the arrangement of short trips to neibughring cities such as Hue and Hoi An. The rate is cheaper than other travel agents, which is good for our family.
