I have traveled for business the past 20 years and never stayed in a place where the minute you walked in your every single steps is being monitored via a LIVE Video device including audio. Not only I took pics of the device but looked up via google just to shockingly finds out not only provide LIVE footage but also records and provides audio for the owner/stocker. I would ask Expedia to step in with this investigation quickly and promptly before this gets out of hand. I am now wondering the amount of footage this owner or owners have of their tenants or customers as these can be used as an attempt or extortion for blackmailing their victims. It is sickening when I saw it in the place I call “home” but the 3 days while staying there I felt my every move is being watched. Who knows how many other devices hidden in plain sight they have in the home just for their own devious purposes. I have the pictures for the device and where it was mounted just in cases Expedia needs for their own internal investigation. If Expedia do not look into this issue here then no one should be using Expedia as the company that should check out their landlords prior allowing them to list their property on Expedia’s platform.
