Surrounding is amazing and room is big and clean. Located beside the beach and they serve good foods. Opposite theres few massage parlour, its a very good and convenient hotel.

The property is well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are abundant. Staying in Pullman was totally fuss free and relaxing.

Too little too late.
We were put into a room with a road out side were the traffic noise started at 5am (shortened sleep) and the building has little sound proofing so the noise from the shower in adjacent rooms is loud enough to wake you. When we pointed out the problem to staff the only response we got initially was 'sorry' .... After two sleep interrupted nights they moved us to a room higher up on the 4th floor where we had a queen mattress on a king wooden base so it was easy to knock our shins getting in and out of bed. The manager took pity and offered us a complimentary cocktail and when we went to pay our bill after 6 sleep interrupted night the checkout staff decided to argue with us about the complimentary drinks and would not take them off the bill. Our airport ride turned up so we left. Emails back amd forth about the bill now. Most unsatisfactory.
