Truly felt like royalty here, the staff were so genuine and sweet. Everything was perfect, clean, and hotel staff accommodating when things didn’t go to plan. They had some emergency maintenance that needed to be done, and in the US a hotel would have just told us to get out of the hotel from 1-7pm, instead they planned an entire day trip for us that included a free cooking class, massages and dinner at a beautiful secondary property. To say our stay has been special would be an understatement. Shoutout to staff Hông (Lovely) who always greeted us and chatted with us, and was so genuinely lovely. Will be coming back.

Wonderful experience. Weird and amazing hotel in a paddy field, but walking distance to old town, markets and river. Food and service fantastic. Would definitely recommend for at least a night or two for the experience.

They has a good location but they should have Air conditioning in the lobby. During summer, the lobby is supper hot, the receptionists are sweaty also so it looks dirty on their face, hair and forehead

Beautiful hotel with amazing views and rooms. We really enjoyed our stay especially the pool and complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Be sure to check out their spa and borrow a complimentary bike to explore the rice fields in the area. The women at the front desk made our trip comfortable and easy - they helped with recommendations in the area and made everything so convenient for us. Their incredible service was the highlight of our trip!

I cannot recommend the Reu enough. Every room was beautiful, the views were spectacular and the service was second to none. Every staffer worked with incredible attention to detail from reception, bellhop, waitstaff right down to the pool attendant, maintenance and gardener. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The setting is gorgeous - in the rice fields, with birds everywhere - and the hotel’s design is so appealing. We loved our room and the lobby. The staff was wonderful, too. The only drawback was it was a bit far from the ancient town - a ten minute taxi ride or 30 minute walk (we were too nervous to try bicycling). But the peaceful setting made that worth it.

One of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It was like being on a movie set. The staff were very attentive and kind. The spa services add some of the best I’ve ever had. Bonus is it’s very close to the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. I will be thinking about this hotel for years to come!

The hotel is simply perfect, the service by staff was seamless from start right to the very end! The architecture is obviously bespoke, but the view, bed, the bath, the pool and spa are even better! I really enjoyed the included breakfast each morning, as well as using their bicycles to get into town. It’s even easier and affordable to get a grab bike and head into town whenever you want. On my last day of the trip, I broke out into a rash (possibly from eating street food the night before) and the staff were so helpful in promptly getting me to the hospital and bringing my breakfast up to the room. I know I will re-visit Hoi An, and I know I will be staying the this hotel again! Thank you for a great time :)

Wonderful setting, lovely new hotel

We had a wonderful stay. This is a new and great value hotel on the outskirts of Hoi An. It is an easy walk or taxi ride into the centre. The situation is wonderful amongst the rice paddy fields. It's a great setting and much more peaceful than in the centre of the city! Service was fantastic, breakfast a total delight (buffet with a mixture of local and western options).
