The room was good but everything else was average. Housekeeping was average at best, they seemed to make the bed and not touch anything else, crumbs left on floors and benches, rubbish not emptied. Whilst one or two staff were friendly, most seemed bored and not interested in being there. For a resort of this standard it was disappointing and would not stay again.

Exceptional in every way – pure luxury at Sheraton Grand Danang! This hotel exceeded every expectation. The service was flawless — staff were kind, attentive, and always made me feel special. My room was stunning with a breathtaking ocean view and every comfort imaginable. The infinity pool is spectacular, and the entire resort is immaculate and beautifully designed. Dining was a delight — especially breakfast, with so many high-quality options. A truly world-class experience from start to finish. I can’t wait to return! HAI THE BELLBOY WAS AMAZING AND HE DEF NEEDS A PROMOTION . Hai made our trip unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, Hai went above and beyond. He wasn’t just a bellboy, he was our personal guide and local expert. He messaged us every day on WhatsApp with the best places to visit, where to eat, and what to do in Da Nang. He checked in daily to make sure we were okay and genuinely cared that we had the best experience possible. Thanks to Hai, our trip was smooth, fun, and full of great memories. Sheraton is lucky to have him, he’s a true gem!

Beautify property! You are far from the city center, but it is quiet and you have the beach essentially to yourself. Restaurants were great and buffet was wonderful too. Only complaint was limited AC in lobby and elevators.

The hotel, the pool, the kids room are all good. The staff could use some improvement, specially the pool staff. The food at the pool takes ages. E.g. coconut water took 1 hour to reach our table. And there are hardly any vegetarian options in the menu

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Food was surprisingly good for a resort such that we stayed and dined in for dinner every night we were there. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very attentive. It is a small resort, so less facilities than a larger resort, but we were content with the facilities. Would be nice if there were more activities for children and if the kids club opened past 6pm. We will be back!

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon! They made us feel very special and our trip was very memorable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, varied and the flavours were great! We ate at 2 of the restaurants (The Grill & La Plage) both were fantastic! Plenty of family friendly activities and areas which was lovely to see. Would recommend and hopefully stay here again one day. Thank you

Beautiful resort and very attentive staff. We enjoyed daily breakfast which had so many offerings, it was hard to choose. The spa was also delightful. The Infiniti pool was unique. I’d highly recommend this resort.

Old school resort bit far from the city

This is a very old school resort with basic amenities for the price you pay. The bathroom had stains and the corridor was damp. Wallpapers were coming off in some places. Located on the ocean, it’s great if you want a private beach to swim, but you are cut off from the city. Rooms are good sized and staff are generally good. The infinity pool is grand and they also provide kayaks.
