I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Saga Hotel in Hoi An, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic—it’s peaceful yet still close enough to the city, making it easy to explore all that Hoi An has to offer. The complimentary transport to and from the city is a huge bonus, making it so convenient to visit the town center without the hassle of finding a ride. The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-maintained rooms that are both comfortable and stylish. The thoughtful amenities and attention to detail truly set it apart. Overall, The Saga Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Hoi An. The combination of friendly service, great location, and complimentary transportation makes it a standout option. I can’t wait to return!

Good value hotel in Hoi an.

Really nice helpful friendly staff, hotel is in a good location close to everything and 20 minutes walk to old town. Good value for money, excellent breakfast choice with egg station but more varied selection of fruit each day would be nice. A comfy clean room and good complimentary toiletries, the beds were very comfortable. Relaxing pool area with nice greenery, also towels are provided. Bathroom quite small so could do with some shelving in shower area for toiletries and some hooks.

Excellent Stay

Excellent stay while visiting Hoi an. The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was also great. The hotel has free bikes which we used to cycle into the old town or a grab ride is very cheap. It is also walkable if you don’t mind walking. Overall a great stay thank you.

Beautifully located and within walking distance to the old town, we really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to see to us. The breakfast buffet was excellent and even the gym was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.
