Your apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Vierjahreszeiten building, right behind the dike, at the dike passage leading to the pier at Nystedplatz.

With 50 m² of space, there’s plenty of room here for 2 adults and 2 children:
- Entryway with coat rack
- Access from the entryway to the modern, bright bathroom with shower and toilet
- Bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm), one of which is a loft bed
- Fully equipped kitchen off the living room with dishwasher, oven, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment
- Living room with a corner bench and 2 armchairs, TV, and direct access to the balcony
- Double bed integrated into the living room (spatially separated) accessible from both sides - Moltke bedroom (2 mattresses, each 90 x 200 cm)
- All rooms have exterior roller shades

Swim in the on-site pool (free use exclusively for guests and owners of the Vier Jahreszeiten house); children under 2 years of age are not permitted! Relax in the sauna for a fee (coin-operated machine)!

A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use (for a fee) in the basement of the house.

A car parking space (maximum height 175 cm) and bicycle parking are located in the garage.
