Pm sun shines on entry screen so cant see it, so difficult initial entry. Place is ok if a bit 'industrial'. It was mostly clean. Bare floor is a bit odd. Should put some kind of finished floor covering. Chemical smell strong in entire building.
Honestly donât recommend. The beds were so hard, I almost would rather sleep on the floor. The blankets had holes in them. We booked for 4 people and got 2 forks. A pan that wouldnât fit in the oven and the tv remote was broken. And you only get one towel per person and one very thin pillow so bring your ownâŠ. Then they want you to throw all your trash away at the end of your stay but only provide one very small trash bag. The elevator smelled of pee too. They do state theyâre not responsible for the amenities but definitely sucked that EVERYTHING was closed bc we only booked for the pool. And pretty unprofessional of some random guy to come change the door battery after we arrived later in the day and had plenty of time to do so before. The location and valet parking is nice but thatâs about it. Overall poor management of the place.
The apartment was great, concrete floors, high ceilings, clean!!! Master all shower had no cold Walter, toilet was hot as it only had hot water, Iâd fire the plumber for a screw up like that!!! The kitchen was nice, the portable beds had too much dust and some dirt on the mattress cover, sheets were too small for them!!! Thankfully for me my kids are young enough to sleep with us in the bed!!! Location was good, minutes away from anywhere downtown Dallas!!! Take the elevator as the stairs smelled like pee!!!
