Our stay here was nice. Plently of space for a large group. The house was clean. There were a few items that need further attention. Master bed:Needs power cord and remote. Door is fractured, alarm isnt on and the stopper for the tub doesn't work Downstairs in the kitchen the oven didn't work and there is a knob missing. A bottom cabinet is hanging.

The owner was communicative when we arrived. Provided the info we needed. The house was clean which is a plus for me. The neighborhood was nice and relatively quiethas children but the sound of kids playing was perfectly fine and was never later than 6pm. The bedrooms were nice and clean as well. Thats about all the stars I have to give. I The back porch/drive has paint cans and debris everywhere. Biggest issue was the kitchen Dishwasher was broken and filled with water, oven heating element is broken and could not bake anything for breakfast. One of the stove top burners (front-right) does not work and had no knob. Water pressure in main bathroom was great, however the sink pressure was low. The washer and and dryer was a plus but the dryer vent is clogged and drying clothes is impossible with a d95 error. ( 95% blockage of dryer ducting). If the proprietor put a little energy into actually painting and small touches this place it would be a 5 star stay. Overall im not fancy and would stay again if the issues noted were addressed.

We tried to get entry access from host property manager multiple times on day of arrival. We were never provided with entry. Host was going to reach out to VRBO after telling us we were not booked (we had paid confirmation). VRBO informed us that host never contacted them or replied to VRBO requests from Host. Ended by paying over twice as much to book rooms at an available hotel at the last minute.
