Big noise challenge with this hotel. Walls are paper thin. Noise carries badly and the metal framed loft construction is a poor substitute for living comfortably.

The property itself was Nice but what makes this an excellent stay is the staff, their customer service was very much on point and the continues cleaning that I witnessed while walking the lobby and enjoying the lounge bar at different times was great to see.

We arrived at 4 PM after the 3 PM check in time, and the lobby was full of people. I thought there was a party or something, but realized that all these people were waiting on a room. There were quite a few rooms that were not ready. We had to wait 20 minutes for a room with a double bed, but was told to king bed was available. We decided to wait but after about 15 minutes I went to the desk and asked could we have the king bed. The guy who I spoke with the first time when I checked in, was very nice. The woman who I talked to about taking the king bed room was very rude. She then gave me a double bedroom. At first sight the room was very nice and clean, until we are ready to take a shower. There were long, dark, hairs all over the shower.
