Great place for vacation or staycation here in Richardson, TX. It is centrally located between Plano, Frisco, Addison and Dallas. This modern house features an open concept with living room and dining room. It has a private pool, game room for entertainment, smart TVs, mural for Instagram, and comfortable beddings for a good night sleep. We provide complimentary toiletries and coffee. This place is near all the restaurants, bistros, and many tourists attraction. This home will bring many great memories during your stay!

It was an overall good stay. They need to take some new photos. The furniture outside isn't the same, it's older. The game room is in the garage. Keep that in mind if you go in extreme cold or hot, you can't stand to be out there. It's a cute room though. The pool was nice and clean. The inside was clean also but the beds are very firm. If you don't like firm beds, you won't be comfortable. I slept on a blow up mattress and was more comfortable. They had nice appliances in the kitchen and laundry room. It was a good price. My kids enjoyed themselves in the pool.

Overall the house was great! Could've been a little cleaner, game room needs new darts and the pool sticks had no tips, it rained on us so the game room came in handy but no big complaints!

Great location and great home

Wonderful property. Would recommend and would stay again. Wish heating the pool was cheaper but went in summer so its cool. Everything was well laid out and explained. Pool guy came everyday. Wall mural was a hit.

Perfect place for a perfect stay

We booked the home for Thanksgiving with our of town family/friends so everyone could be together. The home is big enough that everyone has room to spread out but the open concept in the main living area made it so that we could all be together even if we were doing separate things-cooking, playing games, watching football. It is really a perfect place! Accommodations were good, house is clean and updated, neighborhood is quiet and safe, also close to shops/stores/restaurants if needed. We didn’t use the pool but I’m sure it’s amazing in the hotter months. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Comfortable house for Dallas stay

My husband and I, our daughter, and our grandsons were very comfortable in the house. The owners were very easy to communicate with and answered every question quickly. The house was clean, the pool sparkled, and my grandsons enjoyed the pool table.

Bachelorette party fun

We had a great stay, and while there we had an issue with the sink/garbage disposal. The host immediately sent someone out to fix it! Great communication. If you are planning to cook just be prepared for pretty beat up kitchen equipment, and zero spices or salt available. Also bring towels for the pool because there are only bath towels available. Otherwise, the location was great and the space was lovely and super clean, we had 10 30 year old ladies there having a wonderful time!

I really liked the area that the property was at was close to alot of things to do and see and relatives that lived near the area The house was very spacious and open didn't feel crowded all my family members that stayed there really enjoyed it and really loved the swimming pool. Comfortable home away from home!!

This house was clean, cold (important in summer), and comfortable for my group of 10!! The house is 4 minutes from a target, and DoorDash delivers to this address until about midnight. (As a country boy that’s exciting) the Pool was clean and well maintained, and a great addition to the house. My only 2 very small complaints: there were no pans to bake in the oven, and the floor mats in the bathrooms kept moving. But otherwise I’d say it’s a 9.5/10 stay!! Will be back next summer!!

Super spacious, clean and well-appointed. Great gathering spot with everything you need.

Our stay in Dallas Texas was amazing!! The pictures honestly don’t do it justice; it’s bigger and more beautiful than what you see! The quality of everything in the house was well above your typical rental homes. Gina & John was communicative from the start and helped us feel very welcome. The heated pool was a nice touch to enjoy our bachelorette celebration during winter in Dallas. The location of the house is perfect and pleasant. We would love to stay again!

I like to focus on the positives when we stay at VRBOs. Space was perfect for our stay.. Beds comfy Lots of towels Cleaning supplies provided Game room awesome Bedrooms good size Pool warm on request Great kitchen table Ok space for parking Needed improvement: Furniture - broken Both gates broken Dishwasher needs work Garbage disposal not working. Over all the property worked for our birthday party.. I feel that some previous occupants did not take care of the property and trashed it out. We were thankful we were able to have my fathers bday party at the house
 but now I know why so many properties don’t allow parties because people don’t treat the property respectfully.

Misleading

The property was not clean. Animal hair in bed, dryer smells terrible the pool was dirty and the description says cleaning on Thursday we checked in Thursday and it was not clean at 8 pm . The washer and dryer is slow we had to wash before going to bed which mean after travel we was tired. Also when we entered the property it was 82 degree we could not cool it down until the next morning then Saturday the air completly malfunction. When we booked the host was responsibe when i had issues I got no reponse from the host and was told by VRBO that it was an host issue they could not do anything.

The owners quickly responded to every question and quickly resolved issues. The house comfortably sleeps TWELVE. The futon chairs are worn out and uncomfortable to sleep on. We loved the open concept living/kitchen/dining area!

Roomy but dirty

They house had a good amount of rooms for the amount of people we had. The house provided everything we needed which was great. But the house was extremely dirty. There was dust everywhere, the walls were stained everywhere. The couch was full of stains and and crayons, it was not cleaned at all. The showers had hair. To be honest it was really hard to enjoy the stay with it being so filthy.

Great house! Great pool! Great Girls Weekend!

The house is beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped! Great beds. The pool is GREAT! The backyard and pool are beautifully lit at night. We suspect AC may be on energy-saver plan (nest thermostat), so 2nd night of our 2 night stay, house maintained near 80 degrees. Hosts are very responsive and looking into it for future summer guests. Our group of 13 had a great time had a great weekend, overall, and are grateful for such a great house! Thank you so much!
